Why are we doing this?
After 35 years, we wanted to put Kingswood in the best possible position for future success while at the same time continuing to deliver exceptional customer experience, which is why we have merged with Herdwatch so we can keep improving the solutions and customer service we bring to you and continue investing the future of Irish Farming.
Who are Herdwatch?
Based in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary and co-founded in 2012 by FRS Network (Farm Relief Services), Herdwatch is the number one farm management software used on over 20,000 farms across Ireland and the UK. Like Kingswood, Herdwatch is very much focused on farmers and their mission is to help farmers save time on farm paperwork, increase productivity and ultimately increase profitability
What does this mean for me as a Kingswood customer?
There is no change for Kingswood customers in Ireland and the UK, who will be able to continue using our existing software products and get full
support from the Kingswood team, who are still here and now part of the wider Herdwatch team.
Will there be any changes to the products or services I currently use?
The Kingswood products and services you currently use will still work and be fully supported. New developments will incorporate the best features of both software platforms over time.
Will there be any changes to pricing or billing structures?
There are no immediate changes planned but there may be some changes to pricing or billing structures to allow for investment and modernisation of the platform over time. We are committed to providing competitive and fair pricing and we will communicate any changes well in advance and ensure a smooth transition for you.
Will customer support be affected?
Customer support will continue to be a top priority and the same Kingswood team will be available as normal. While there may be some changes to the support structure and channels over time, we are committed to continue providing prompt and knowledgeable assistance.
Will there be any disruptions?
We understand the importance of Kingswood software to your farm business. We do not anticipate any disruptions and will work hard to ensure a seamless continuation of your software and provide clear communication regarding any necessary adjustments.
